my battle for server migration continues....
I made a restore of a domain on a new server and if I try to look at the AWStats log out the following error " Error: Could not open include file: /etc/awstats/awstats.conf.local
Setup ('/etc/awstats/awstats.mydomain.com.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong. "
but if I try to check awstats on a domain created on the server and not imported everything works correctly

It sounds like there's a config file that was setup on your previous Ubuntu system for Awstats, that isn't used by CentOS.
It may be as simple as just creating an empty file with the same name.
What happens if you run this command as root:
touch /etc/awstats/awstats.conf.local
After that, does awstats work for your domains that were previously having problems?
