Install Scripts function still fails when trying to access mysql

Now the pages at annkeelerevans.org that access mysql throw an access error and that client is rather upset.

Also, as I didn't indicate clearly enough before, this is a problem with all the virtual servers on cor and all script installs, not just annkeelerevans. As best I know, the only 'global' changes to this system have been the regular virtuamin updates. And script installs used to work a couple of months ago, though at this point I can't tell you at what point in system revs this problem first appeared.

Also, perhaps this is related?: if the system has to be restarted for any reason, the MySQL server no longer starts automatically, but has to be started from the virtualmin admin interface.
