require virtual-server/virtual-server-lib.pl failed

This is for another client of mine that is using the GPL version.

I installed a few VM optional modules such the vsftp, mailman, dav 3rd party modules, EG; Virtualmin Mailman Mailing Lists

Now I am getting this error when going into the "Features and Plugins"

require virtual-server/virtual-server-lib.pl failed :

Undefined subroutine &virtual_server::init_config called at /opt/webmin-1.430/virtual-server/virtual-server-lib.pl line 5.

any ideas ?
