PHPMyadmin can't show database

I installed phpmyadmin script. Domain is created with database. Database shows in virtualmin but it is not shows in phpmyadmin web-gui. Tried with domain admin and root user but still i can't see database. ( Screen shot was root login ).

If i tried to crate database with phpmyadmin it is create database but newdatabase can's show in phpmyadmin. so newdatbase created by virtual server installation or creeated by phpmyadmin or created by manually all have same problem.

Attached screen shot is fresh install but still same problem.
