I'm trying to restore a backed up virtual server and encounter this error :
Re-creating virtual server xxxxxxxx.com ..
.. a clash was detected : AWstats reporting is already enabled for this domain
.. failed! See the progress output above for the reason why.

Most likely an awstats config file exists on your system with the same name as the domain.
To remove it, delete the files :
/etc/awstats/awstats.www.xxxxxxxx.com.conf
/etc/awstats/awstats.xxxxxxxx.com.conf

Any fix for this? I'm getting the same error.
The fix is to do what Jamie said in the previous comment. ;-)

Heh! Indeed, there's apparently a problem with the permissions in some of the tasks here -- one of the casualty's of the move, that'll hopefully be fixed at some point here :-)
Here is the (invisible) comment he was referring to:

On the comments thing...really weird. I don't even see how that would happen!
OK, that comment wasn't published. Fixed now. I wonder if this is true of any other comments that were migrated...that's really weird. Gonna have to look into that.
It would be nice if virtualmin had a --force-delete option for existing files so that server migrations wouldn't fail.
