Change password suffering

Hey guys,

I have an issue where one of my users has attempted to change their password through webmin but an error occurs stating: "Failed to change password : Incorrect old password"

I tried using the the correct old password as well and got the same error.

I tested this with another account and it worked fine.

Also note that I am using the non-framed nuvola theme which asks for the old password .. the framed version doesn't seem to ask.
