Virtualmin tries to recreate the Maildir during a mail/ftp user change.

Hello,

When I want to change a Mail/FTP user Virtualmin tries to recreate the Maildir. Offcourse this isn't posible so the change wasn't made and an error show up. (Directory allready exists.
