Auto reply exclude adresses and Time frame

Hello,

There is an autoreply function for the email users. Is it possible to create a form to exclude some email adresses ?
Also a time option should be verry nice. Send a reply to the addresses except {Email adresses} between {date and time in} and {date and time out}.
