Reproduction Steps:
1) In a virtual domain, click Services->Protected Web Directories
2) Create a protected directory
3) Delete the entry for the protected directory
4) Create a entry for the same protected directory as above
5) Result: There are now multiple entries on the list for the same directory with the same settings.
If you delete one entry they both disappear, if you then recreate it now lists 3 entries of the same thing.
(I work in QA for a paying job, can you tell? :) )
