1.Create a Virtual Server test.pt
2.Create an alias for that Virtual Server testalias.pt
3.Disable testalias.pt
test.pt gets disabled as well, although Virtualmin doesn't see it (the Disable option still appesar instead of Enable).
4.Delete testalias.pt
Now test.pt is disabled and can't be enabled again except by manually editing httpd.conf
