Is is possible to create temporary or additional admin users assigned to a specific virtual domain and its databases? I am finding that the original startup admin can see and manage databases, but subsequent users to that domain cannot. In fact, maybe I need to learn more about Control Panel use because when I login to webmin as a normal user I see almost no features beyond email. For some users I would like them to be able to view/edit/create databases.

Check out the function "Administration Options / Manage Extra Admins". That should do what you asked for.
For that command to appear, the vserver in question needs the "Webmin login enabled" feature turned on.
