On June 10th I set up a new user (manually) that I was moving from a cPanel server and manually created their databases from the command line (imported their SQL). I then went to the Virtualmin "Import Database" tab for their virtual server and assigned the manually created databases to their account.
Apparently they are unable to edit any of the databases assigned their account--including the default database created by virtualmin!
I have tried editing the databases with *my* account and it works fine but their account doesn't seem to have privileged somehow. I checked in phpMyAdmin and they seem to have privileged.
