Dovecot wont start

I have just updated my virtualmin machine and now my mail system isnt working. Dovecot wont work, it looks like the config file has nothing in it. I have edited it a little to try and get it to start but now it starts but still no email for the users. I have been getting this error in the logs amongst others [05:00:59 hosting1 postfix/local[28850]: 3005837C3F9: to=, orig_to=, relay=local, delay=57, delays=0.07/0.01/0/57, dsn=5.2.0, status=bounced (can't create user output file)]

I think this is related to the dovecot config file? the user was ment o be ben@bisfabrication.com.au not list@bisfabrication.com.au. I think the alias files are screwed up also.

Can I reinstall dovecot and maybe postfix to reconfigure the mail system??
