i was experiencing problems all day with a my server. webmin assign quota to root user and the server was out of order.. after some hours i finnaly understood it and delete a few files so i could use the virtualmin
on one of my tryes i try to update the webmin module and then The Universe collapsed. the following is the message i receive
Failed to open /etc/webmin/webmin/oscache for writing : No such file or directory
that is . White page of Death.. + Return to previous page hoppufully some developer of webmin would instact me a way to fix my operating system. + to fix the quota limit on the root user. at the moment all is white and an error.. please help

Howdy -- we're happy to help, but since you're using Virtualmin GPL, you'd want to ask your question in the Forums, and we can give you a hand there.
We monitor those, along with lots of wonderful folks in the community.
What you may want to do is verify that the directory "/etc/webmin/webmin" exists though.
Whenever you make your forum post, let us know what the output of this command is:
ls -la /etc/webmin/webmin
