"Install Scripts" link missing for superuser on one domain

The "Install Scripts" link has disappeared for just one of the virtual domains. That particular domain does have installed scripts, but now we can't access the install scripts interface. I understand about the owner limits switch, but that does not appear to be the issue. We're encountering this problem when logged in as root. Is there a switch somewhere we can manually set to make the install scripts link again available?

This could happen if the domain doesn't have a website enabled, or is an alias domain.

Thanks. I'm sure it's that no web site is enabled in Virtualmin. The domain runs some apps that were directly configured in Apache, but Virtualmin doesn't know about them. With the information you've provided, we can fix it.
