Lost dBase Permissions for Main Site owner

OK, we installed a little LAMP site for support tickets:

http://wiki.hindu.org/eticket/

It took the default main owner for this domain which was migrated from PLESK as "wikihinduorg" with full permissions for FTP, SSH and ALL under the data base column. So far so good, it worked fine...

then I came along and installed yet another support tracker, Flyspray.

http://wiki.hindu.org/flyspray/ which works fine

But, it seems my installation of Flyspray somehow clobbered the main site owner's permissions to the eTicket database:

and if you go to

http://wiki.hindu.org/eticket/ you get the error:

Fatal Error: Could not connect to database.
Access denied for user 'wikihinduorg'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

but, if I look into the users, from the VirtualMin control panel, it appears to me that "wikihinduorg" *should* have permissions, but well, either the GUI is not reflecting some conflict under the hood OR I don't know what I'm doing.
