We have a customer that was downloading/installing a module into their server today. This process locked the server forcing the customer to relaunch their GUI. However once he reloaded his browser he could no longer reach the admin page one port 10000.
We have checked the iptables and we still see port 10000 is open but port scanning his server we find that port is closed. Any advice you can offer would be appreciated.
