Usermin module can be deleted but it's required by other module

If you go to Usermin Module managment under Webmin and delete module called Mounting Files Systems, it will not tell you anything but later if you try using Disk Quotas, then it will return dependency error upon Mounting Files Systems.

When you were making Mounting Files Systems module you forgot to mention on its deletion, to inform an admin, that, module Disk Quotas is dependent on it!

Not important, small but should be fixed, I think!?
