User with "Edit RAM and CPU limits" privilege cannot access "Manage Virtual CPUs" area

I would like our users to be able to add/remove CPU cores from their VMs

I tried enabling the "Edit RAM and CPU limits" privilege but the "Manage Virtual CPUs" feature is still unavailable.

Is this a bug or a known limitation? Is there any way I can grant users permission to do this?

There is a separate "Manage Virtual CPUs" privilege that you have to enable to allow use of that page.

Oops, I guess I forgot to actually make that limit editable :-(

This will be fixed in the next release though.
