I wonder if following is possible.
atm I have custom shell and custom links
for the shell it would be more practical to have this option in the server template as well (like a dropdown menu) as one hosting plan might only have ftp access where as a more expensive plan might have ssh access.
As for the custom links, i added a url to my ticket system and shop for upgrades. I added a category (support and upgrade), but I had rather added those urls to an existing category named services.
