New IP address and now the website doesn't work

I just changed my ip address from dev to production and went to ipconfig to change it.

Now with the new ip and dns addresses in I can't bring up the webserver or vadmin panel.

I am sure there is a change that I need to do that I didn't.

Any help is appreciated.
