I have just upgraded Debian Squeeze > Wheezy using apt-get.
All sources in /etc/apt/sources.list were changed from squeeze to wheezy. The Virtualmin lines are deb http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/debian/ virtualmin-wheezy main deb http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/debian/ virtualmin-universal main
However, when running apt-get update I get error message Conflicting distribution: http://software.virtualmin.com virtualmin-wheezy Release (expected virtualmin-wheezy but got virtualmin-squeeze)
Does this mean that Virtualmin is giving really me the wrong packages? How can deal with the error.

Howdy -- unfortunately, Debian 7 support for Virtualmin hasn't been released yet, and is known not to work properly.
We'll have Debian 7 available soon though!

Many thanks.
My fault, I saw Wheezy folders in repository and assumed it was released.
A long night puzzling over Dovecot 2 config, and a mysql package conflict, otherwise a pain-free in-place Debian upgrade, and Virtualmin / Webmin seems to be still working working with the packages they have.
