Enable Install Scripts on a Per Server basis

Hello,

I cannot seem to find the option to enable the "Install Scripts" ability on a per-server basis. I'm running 3.57 Pro, and I vaguely recall seeing it in a previous release under "Edit Virtual Server" but it no longer appears to be there.
