I have been using Virtualmin on my server for a couple of years now, and I have quite a few websites running on virtual servers. But all of a sudden, none of the websites will load on mobile devices, over 3G. They load fine when on wifi but not on their carrier connection. I am pretty sure I didn't change anything, any settings or anything so I don't really know how to debug this. Clients are obviously a little unhappy...as am I :)
Any ideas people?
Thanks

Howdy -- well, there's nothing in Virtualmin that would prevent sites loading on some connections, and not others.
The things I'd suggest looking into is to see if a firewall on your server is somehow blocking any connections, as well as to work with the ISP on both ends (the datacenter, and the cell companies) to see if any of them are blocking connections to your server.
We'd be happy to help further, though the Support area here is for folks using Virtualmin Pro, and it looks like you have Virtualmin GPL there.
If you'd like to work through this further, what I'd recommend doing is starting a new thread in the Forums, and there, post a traceroute originating from your phone to your server, and vice-versa.
Also, post the output of "iptables -L -n".
Between us, and the wonderful folks in the community, hopefully we'll be able to get you pointed in the right direction regarding what might be wrong.
Thanks!

Oh sorry, I didn't see that issues was for Pro account holders, doh!
Ok well thanks for that, I'll look into it and hopefully resolve the problem.
I've just posted it into the forum too so if I or somebody else solves it at least it will be there for anyone else who might have the same problem.
Thanks very much
