Run chmod before virtual server deletion. Where to edit?

Hi Jamie. I need to run a chmod command (to remove immutable flag) on the virtual server's directory before I delete it (need this "feature" for both for main servers or sub-servers). Is there any fast way to hack around vmin's code in order to achieve this?
