Spam Virus Delivery-Spam Forward to email address with spam in name fails

In Virtualmin.
Select a Virtual Server.
In Server Configuration/Spam and Virus Delivery.
In the section Destination for Spam Emails.
In the field Forward to Email Address.

If you put an email address that STARTS with the word spam it will not work and after refreshing the page the email address will not show in the field.

I had a valid email address in the a virtual server similar to this:
spamcage@example.com

It will be written to the etc/webmin/virtual-server/procmail/file_for_domain as:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
! spamcage@example.com

but will not appear again upon page refresh in virtualmin.
