When I turn on "Enable mail for domain" feature as I create (update) virtual server what settings does it change to the apache, bind, postfix and other services?

Howdy -- what exactly it does depends on what options are enabled... but in general, it adds the MX record to the DNS zone, changes some permissions related to the Webmin administrative user for that account, and adds procmail entries that makes incoming email be scanned by SpamAssassin and ClamAV. It also adds a variety of entries to /etc/postfix/virtual regarding the email for that domain.
