Uninstalling application from root removes git directory

When uninstalling an application from the web root (using the Virtualmin script installer), it will delete all files including the git directory. Which of course is not really helpful, especially if you got repos in it :)

So did you create those git repos using Virtualmin's git plugin, or manually?

Ok, I see the bug here - the Virtualmin Git feature creates the git dir under public_html, but doesn't protect it from deletion. I will fix this in the next release of Virtualmin.
