Error: requires the Apache mod_fcgid module

Hello-

I get a "requires the Apache mod_fcgid module" error when I attempt to change the server template "Default PHP exection mode" from Apache... or CGI... to FCGId...

I rechecked the install and it reports no problems. Could it report that, and still be a partial install?

When I look at the Features and Plugins list under System Settings, less than half the items are checked as available (left side).

This was installed by the service which hosts my dedicated server. I gave them the free install script, and then after seeing that I felt comfortable with the environment, I upgraded from within VM to the Pro version.

I am new at this. Have never used shell commands. Thanks in advance.
