Cloudmin v6.8 Virtualmin GPL 3.98
When I create a new virtual server with a mysql db via cloudmin services provisioning I get the following error: Creating MySQL login on services host .. .. creation error : Connections limit must be a number
Is there a solution for this error?
Best regards,

When I try to create a db after virtual server setup I get this message:
Creating MySQL database testggg on services host .. .. creation error : No provisioning record for client 33.4.199.103, owner service and user testdom found

That initial error is caused by a Virtualmin bug :-(
However, the work-around is to go to System Settings -> Server Templates -> Default settings -> MySQL Database, and set "Maximum connections for domain owners" to something like 100.

The second error is (allso) resolved and was cosed by a wrong DNS setting. Thanks!
What was the wrong DNS setting? I am getting the same error: No provisioning record for client
What did you change? The DNS name I have for the MySQL server is correct. I tried Jamie's setting of 100 and it made no difference.
