Apache doesn't like, indeed the openssl spec prohibits, multiple ssl certs for the same IP. With this in mind, virtualmin should force allocation of a unique IP when enabling the 'ssl website' feature in the domain creation/edit areas. Otherwise apache sends the wrong cert for the requested domain site to the client if a shared virtual hosting ip is provided, causing all sorts of shenanigans.
