Cannot buy new license - I need a backup server ASAP

Guys,
I still need help with my bad install, but i figured I would buy a 2nd copy and install in onto a 2nd machine to use as a hot spare, or at least a testbed. You site does not allow me to buy a 50 server license.

I can select the 50 server version and add it to the cart. The cart displays with the one item. But when I go to checkout it logs me out and empties the cart.
