Feature Request: An Email Test Button in email config page

Since a pretty important part of the alerts system is to notify by email, the setting up and testing of Cloudmins ability to send email is pretty important.

What is missing in the Email configuration system is a facility to test if the email system is properly configured. I would like to request an email test button in the cloudmin email configuration system, it would be nice to include a debug checkbox that would also dump the output of sub-components (like mailer libraries etc) or expose verbose logging, so one can troubleshoot cloudmins ability to notify admins via email.
