Have fcgid servers set IPCCommTimeout value from php max_execution_time?

Any chance of having vm lookup the (php) max_execution_time and set (httpd) IPCCommTimeout to its value for servers using fcgid? It seems these values should be the same? Maybe when httpd is started or restarted?
