Option Not Working: Transfer each virtual server after it is backed up

This may not actually be a bug (hence the "very low" severity), but I can't tell if the Virtualmin option to "Transfer each virtual server after it is backed up" is working or not. I have the option enabled, but the e-mail reports do not show any noticeable difference. In particular, they still display multiple instances of "Creating backup for virtual server domain.com ..", and then finally at the bottom shows "Uploading archive to SSH server ..". So, according to the log, it seems like they are not being transferred until all of the backups are completed locally first.
