usermin does not display INBOX content for any email accounts

When looking at user accounts, and clicking on the 'show in usermin' button, it:

  • opens the usermin environment for new users
  • will show an empty inbox, no matter what
  • for established accounts, sometimes not open usermin

Please advise.

Is the browser actually logged into Usermin when you click the button? You can check by looking in the top-left of the page, which should show the user's name and email address..

One of our user just noticed this issue as well, I am attempting to diagnose the issue as I've confirmed the report.

Yes, Usermin shows the contents of all folders "except" Inbox.

Also "Manage Folders" page shows "Inbox" as having "0 bytes" though logging into the server via SSH shows content in both the "cur" folder.

Weird, it just started working correctly.

I think perhaps it was an IMAP issue on my end. Come to think of it, the domain was over quota. Perhaps it took a few minutes for Usermin to recognise the update.

All fixed on my end.

Yeah, being over quota will completely break the IMAP server's ability to even list emails.
