Template Change has no effect on domain limits

Changing the server template on an existing domain/virtual server, i.e. upgrading or downgrading hosting plans, currently has no effect on the existing domain parameters.

At a minimum, the domain/virtual server and user quotas, as well as the number of mailbox/user accounts, databases, bandwidth limits, etc. should all be adjusted to the limits from the new template.

This bug entry does not seek to address whether or not other template configurations, such as directives and settings for new websites, proftpd directives, etc. should still be ignored on template changes at this point.
