What is the status of that VM shown as in Virtualmin?

It looks like your filesystem is set as read-only on that Virtual Machine.
That appears to be due to some filesystem errors the Virtual Machine received.
You may want to run an "fsck" on that VM, as well as to verify on the host that the host isn't receiving filesystem/disk errors as well.

Shut down the VM, go to Resources -> Manage Disks, click on the first disk, then click the Check Disk button.
