Support for Fedora & CentOS Extras Repositories

Both Fedora and CentOS provide official "extras" repositories for packages not included with the standard distribution. The CentOS Extras repository is based off of Fedora Extras, so the two are very similar. I'm not sure if a separate one exists for RHEL.

These repos should be used whenever possible in favor of external repos or instead of building your own RPMs. This ensures maximum compatibility with the OS, allows the user base to stay current automatically, and relieves you from having to be in the business of building RPMs for these distributions.
