I really like the server monitor feature, and think my customers do too, but the wording kinda freaks them out, and it triggered very easily until I set the timeout for 20 seconds when I was optimizing system RAM usage.
My idea is something like this:
"Monitor on SERVER_DOMAIN for 'Website HOSTED_DOMAIN' has detected that the service was unresponsive for TIMEOUT_VALUE seconds. You may want to verify your service is still online. This service is rechecked every CHECK_INTERVAL minutes automatically."
Instead of:
"Monitor on SERVER for 'Website HOSTED_DOMAIN' has detected that the service has gone down"
Just a thought, as it really freaked one of my customers out when they got more than one waiting in their inbox when they got home.
