Default IP address for DNS records doesn't affect SPF or ${IP} in custom template

The "Default IP address for DNS records" setting in Virtualmin's Module Config only seems to affect the basic auto-generated DNS records.

Even with "Default IP address for DNS records" set, the SPF record and any custom template records with the ${IP} variable end up with the interface IP address rather than the DNS record IP address.

This setting is vastly less useful because of this.
