Administrator Quota doesn't change

For some domains (only 4-5) on 110 in total, when we tried to change disk quota from 3Mb to 50 Mb in "Edit Virtual Server" under "Quotas and limits" and apply them, under "Mail and FTP Users" the disk quota assigned to administrator doesn't change. I tried to delete and recreate it, but without changement.
