See title! I own a paid version of virtualmin and the licens cannot be re-checked! Why??

Howdy -- it sounds like it's having problems connecting to the software repository... but that's unusual, as it is indeed online.

Where are you seeing that error -- is that while running the install.sh, or is that being sent to you via email?

Also, are you able to browse to the following URL in a web browser:
