Apache fails to restart - httpd.conf error

I have had my server stop a couple of times and if I restart Apache it fails with this error. I should mention that the IP address listed (208.109.123.210) is not one of my registered IP addresses. This server has been rock solid for the past year.

Failed to re-start service : Starting httpd: [Wed Jun 27 10:43:52 2012] [warn] NameVirtualHost 208.109.123.210:0 has no VirtualHosts (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80 (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down Unable to open logs [FAILED]

Any ideas, suggestions of where I should be looking?

May have jumped the gun with the request - took a look in my httpd.conf and found:

NameVirtualHost 208.109.123.210

Not sure where this came from as this error just stared in the past two weeks. Have deleted the line and we'll see what happens.
