Virtualmin is putting FcgidMaxRequestLen 1073741824 in the https vhost conf but not the https vhost conf.

If you SSH into your system as root and run :
virtualmin validate-domains --domain yourdomain.com --all-featureswhat does it output?

It reports all features ok.

If you select the domain from the left menu and clicked Edit Virtual Server, is SSL enabled under "Enabled features" ?
