After i move my virtualmin to new server, i am getting those error.. How can i fix this?
Btw: When i activate backup from panel manually, its working without problem

Do you perhaps have two scheduled backups for the same domain set to run at or near the same time?

I have 2 scheduled backups.
1 full backup - weekly (on Sunday)1 Incremental backup - daily (at midnight)
I didnt get any error before tho. ( not %100 sure) Noticed that happening after moving to new server.

You should try changing the incremental backup to run at 3am every day - otherwise once per week on sunday both will run at the same time.
