FcgidMaxRequestLen not set on SSL virtual servers during restoration of backup

When restoring a backup of a virtual server that has both non-SSL and SSL instances, the FcgidMaxRequestLen parameter is not added to the section for the SSL instance of the site in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf. This causes things like file uploads via PHP scripts to fail.

I've had to manually add this directive to sites to get things working again, or recreate the site from scratch.

I think I see why this happens - the restore process isn't updating the SSL virtual host correctly. I will fix this in the next Virtualmin release (3.93)
