I have a virtual server dallasray.com on my virtualmin instance. I want to totally allow incoming email from *bisd.us
How can I do this the most efficiently?

Do you mean to whitelist for spam filtering purposes?

You can go to Services -> SpamAssassin Configuration -> Allowed and Denied Addresses and in the "Senders to never classify as spam" box enter
