I started a backup and got the following message:
Backup is complete. Final size was 4.40 GB.
But when I run du -sh on the backup folder I get:
452M /root/vm-backup
Any idea why there is a difference?

That could be a bug ... were you backing up multiple domains to a directory?

Ok, I see the issue here ... the backup is working fine, but sizes are being over-counted by a factor of up to 10x. I will fix this in the next Virtualmin release.
