I am trying to setup a Real Time Shipping in a X-Cart Store, and I can't get it to work. I have everything in the store set up acording to how the X-Cart Manual says to do it. I followed it step by step. When I look in the Error Log for this Virtual Server I am getting this error:
[Fri Apr 27 14:54:40 2012] [warn] (103)Software caused connection abort: mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request function
I am still getting this error too, I thought I had both of these fixed the last time I had one of you log in to check it out..
RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `www.asrservice.com' does NOT match server name!?
Is the 1st error the reason why I might not be able to get Real Time Shipping to work? Is there a port I need to open in the Firewall?

Howdy -- that RSA warning is safe to ignore.
The FCGID error you're receiving -- that often occurs when someone (or something) connects to your site, and stops loading the page before it completes.
It's also possible that your application is erroring out, though without any additional error messages, it's not possible to determine why from the logs.
One thing you could try is switching your domain to use CGI rather than FCGID -- sometimes that different mode can resolve some issues like this.
To switch that, you can go into Server Configuration -> Website Options, and change the PHP Execution Mode to CGI.

OK I switched it to "CGI wrapper (run as virtual server owner)" and the error went away. I wonder why I can't run "Mod_fcgid"
I don't have any errors in the X-cart Store, so I don't think its related to the Store Software. I will run it this way for a while to see how it works.
Thanks Michael
